Product Description
A new model controller for the piezoelectric type parts feeder is a small WVF power supply that can change the voltage and frequency arbitrarily by digital control. In addition, we adopted digital display so that individual data can be controlled digitally.
Features
The features of Piezo In-line Feeder Series involves:
- Power Source For 100/200V – Wide range using previously known technology.
- Digital Display – Data control is simplified by digital display.
- Amplified Frequency Range – Up to 400Hz of output frequency can be set. A high frequency vibrator can be used.
- Applicable To All In-line Feeders – Increased Output Capacity.
- High-speed Auto Tuning (High-Performance Version Only) – The controller searches for the optimum frequency.
- Feedback Control (High-Performance Version Only) – Amplitude control is constant by using the piezoelectric vibration sensor conventionally used for vibrators.
- Resonance Frequency Tracking (High-Performance Version Only) – Automatically optimized the frequency of the operating vibrator.
- Multi-speed Switching (High-Performance Version Only) – Speed switching is enabled in 2 memorized patterns (External speed switching is enabled in up to 4 patterns by using the control mode).
- Sensor Time Function (High-Performance Version Only) – The ON/OFF of the vibrator can be controlled by connecting the sensor.
- Space-saving (High-Performance Version Only) – The small-sized type covers almost all in-line feeders by increasing the output capacity. The large-sized type saves the installation space by making it multifunctional.
